Returns Policy

Order Processing and Shipment.

All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All in-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase except for extenuating circumstances. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service is Team Global Express or Australia Post. Standard delivery times are IAW TGE delivery schedule or the Australia Post delivery schedule – auspost delivery-speeds-and-coverage. Sendle is an alternative option for shipping and delivery times are IAW Sendle delivery schedule.
  • Flat rate Shipping: Preserver Haven reserves the right to choose the shipping courier for orders with Flat Rate Shipping.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $300 at the subtotal in the cart are eligible for Free shipping. Preserver Haven reserves the right to choose the shipping courier for orders that meet Free Shipping eligibility.

Returns

Product may be returned for any reason, with proof of purchase (i.e. a receipt). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in resalable condition. The item must be:

    • Unused
    • In the same condition that you received it
    • In the original packaging

The window of time to request a return is 7 days from date of order arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit in accordance with your card issuer’s policies, which can be up to 10 business days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively, if living locally, you can arrange to drop off your return in-store at our address.

Incorrect and Damaged Goods

Preserver Haven will replace faulty and/or incorrectly supplied goods or quantity including shipping. Goods damaged during transport will be resupplied by Preserver Haven including shipping.
